Ancient Roman Judaic Bronze Incense Shovel ca. 1st century B.C. - 2nd century A.D.

Size: 2-1/4”H. x 10-1/4”L.

Cast bronze ceremonial incense shovel, having a rectangular shovel with small dish type elements at the upper rim, long hand grip with thumb rest finial. Surface once cleaned with some remaining areas of blue-green patina and light encrustation. Intact.
